We do not sell personal data. We share candidate identities and CVs with clients only with the candidate's explicit consent. We may share information with the following categories of recipients:
- Clients, after explicit candidate consent in connection with a specific mandate;
- Service providers (e.g. encrypted file storage, email, secure communications), bound by data-processing terms;
- Professional advisors (e.g. legal counsel) as reasonably necessary;
- Governmental or regulatory authorities where required by law.
6. Storage & security
Personal data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled storage hosted on infrastructure operated by reputable enterprise providers. Access is restricted to the partner leading an engagement and, where applicable, a senior researcher under a written confidentiality undertaking. We retain candidate data for as long as the relationship is mutually useful, and review retention periodically. CVs and related materials may be deleted at any time on request — see Section 8.
7. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the country of collection, we rely on contractual safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where relevant) and ensure that the recipient maintains an equivalent standard of protection.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the following rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you:

- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Deletion: request that we delete your data;
