Practice Areas
Six asset class practices. Six functional layers. Seven sector specializations. Four engagement models. Every mandate sits at the intersection — and is led by a partner.
01 — Asset Classes
Our practices follow the contours of the modern buy-side — from earliest-stage venture through mega-cap buyout, credit and real assets. Each has its own market cadence; together they form the lens through which we see talent move.
Buyout, mid-market and mega-cap. Investment professionals through Operating Partners and portfolio company C-suite.
Seed through late-stage. Investors across enterprise software, fintech, healthcare and frontier technology.
Minority growth capital backing category-defining businesses at scale, across technology and services.
Portfolio managers, senior analysts and platform leaders across single-manager and multi-strategy.
Originators, underwriters and portfolio leaders across direct lending, mezzanine and special situations.
Real estate, infrastructure and energy transition — across acquisitions, asset management and development.
02 — Functional Coverage
From the first investment hire at a new fund through CHRO and General Counsel of a multi-billion-dollar platform — and across every portfolio leadership role between.
Analyst, Associate, VP, Principal, Partner and Managing Partner across all asset classes.
Sector specialists, value-creation leaders, and functional operating partners across PE and growth.
CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, CHRO and CRO placements across portfolio companies.
Heads of IR, capital formation, fund marketing and LP relationship management.
Heads of ESG, sustainability and impact investing across the firm and portfolio.
CFO, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, COO and Heads of HR for fund management entities.
03 — Sector Specializations
Sector fluency matters. A senior PE investor moving to a healthcare-focused mid-market fund needs more than a strong CV — they need a market read. We invest in sector depth so we can have that conversation credibly.
04 — Engagement Models
Different mandates call for different engagement structures. We work in four formats — selected based on the nature, urgency and sensitivity of the brief.
Model · A
The standard mandate. Defined brief, exclusive engagement, structured deliverables. Best for replacing or adding senior hires.
Model · B
For sensitive succession, underperformance replacement or pre-fundraise hires. No public posting, encrypted communications.
Model · C
For new strategy launches, first close hires, or geographic expansion. Multi-role mandate priced as a programme rather than per-role.
Model · D
Standalone deliverable. A market map of who's where, what they earn, who's moveable — often used pre-mandate or pre-fundraise.

Every engagement begins with a confidential conversation — no commitment, no proposal until we mutually decide the fit is right.
